A trav\u00e9s de datos reveladores, hemos identificado varios puntos destacados que reflejan el impacto positivo en la atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/p>\n<p id=\"\">Inicialmente, enfrentamos el desaf\u00edo de manejar un aumento constante en el n\u00famero de tickets emitidos. A pesar de este crecimiento, <strong id=\"\">logramos reducir significativamente los tiempos de espera.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"\" class=\"w-richtext-figure-type-image w-richtext-align-center\" data-rt-type=\"image\" data-rt-align=\"center\">\n<div id=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"\" alt=\"__wf_reserved_inherit\" src=\"https:\/\/zeroq.co\/co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/67111c5e08ad02195607456f_66605fcbd49866b5de09ec4e_gr25C325A1fico_RED-Intercl25C325ADnicas.png\" width=\"auto\" height=\"auto\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p id=\"\">En el \u00faltimo trimestre, hemos estabilizado la emisi\u00f3n de alrededor de <strong id=\"\">130 mil tickets mensuales<\/strong>, lo que representa un aumento de cuatro veces desde el primer mes de uso de ZeroQ.<\/p>\n<p id=\"\">A pesar de este incremento, el <strong id=\"\">tiempo de espera promedio se ha mantenido cercano a los 5 minutos<\/strong>, lo que equivale a un impresionante <strong id=\"\">46% menos que en el primer mes<\/strong> de uso.<\/p>\n<p id=\"\">Adem\u00e1s, hemos logrado <strong id=\"\">reducir dr\u00e1sticamente la tasa de abandono<\/strong> en las sucursales. Inicialmente, esta tasa rondaba el 3%, pero gracias a la implementaci\u00f3n de ZeroQ, <strong id=\"\">hemos logrado reducirla hasta un 0.77%<\/strong>. Este descenso significativo refleja el compromiso de Interclinica con la mejora continua de la experiencia del cliente.<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"\"><p>\u201cSabemos que el tiempo de nuestros pacientes es muy valioso y gracias a ZeroQ hemos disminuido los tiempos de espera mejorando la experiencia de los pacientes \u201d.
